Below you’ll find details on making time, delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong.


Processing & dispatch

All personalised items are engraved to order and prepared with care.
Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be carefully engraved and prepared before dispatch.

If an item requires additional time, this will be clearly stated on the product page.


Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.


Delivery times

For UK orders:

• Standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch
• Delays may occur during busy periods or due to courier issues outside our control

If a delay occurs, we’ll always do our best to help.


Order tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided in your dispatch email once your order is on its way.


Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible:

Incorrect address details

Please double-check your address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.


International shipping

At present, shipping is UK-only.
